An open letter from Gare Henderson and colleagues, to all interested parties.

Since the PEC design was released to the public, {01.06.08}, we have been bombarded with inquires, attacks on the science, and even attacks on our personal ethics.  We would like to clear the air and provide you with the answers that we have to-date.  We say answers to-date, because we are the first to admit that there are many questions, and answers that we don't have yet.  However, all of the will be answered with more R&D.

We are constantly posting new answers on our website, so we hope that even the skeptics will check our FAQ page at least weekly to see what has transpired.

First let me address a few myths that have arisen since our introduction of 2 weeks ago;

1. The vehicular PEC takes its energy from the gasoline of passing vehicles.

False:  The PEC can be designed to remove energy from targeted vehicles, which has many applications!  However, the primary design takes its energy only from changes in the internal psi of the device, and has no impact on the fuel efficiency of target vehicles. Please see the recent additions to our FAQ section for further explanation of this.

2. The PEC is a perpetual motion system, which we claim will generate energy from weight alone.

False:  The PEC is a device with a very clear and understandable energy source.   That source is gravitationally induced pressure.  The reason that this energy source has not been previously tapped, appears to be the blinders of ancient physics principles by the engineering and academic communities.  Despite the fact that these same principles, which have been so often touted in this debate, are constantly eroding in the face of current scientific discovery.   This is not to say that these principles are incorrect, but instead to say that they are at best incomplete.  As an academic, I can only say that principles are only valuable when they continue to retain predictive validity.  And I might add will continue to fall as we release our additional designs.  

I realize that this type of monologue will not win me friends in either community, and yet I think the proof is in the results.  I also realize that trying to appease the scientific establishment, has up until a few days ago, nearly led me astray, and caused me to doubt the plain facts in front of me.  

However, my eyes are clear, and now the onus is upon the skeptics and doubters.    People who claim to be senior engineers, have called me stupid, silly, ignorant, scam artist, and worse simply because they don't understand the technology.   Or in their defense, perhaps my ability to explain the technology has to date been inadequate.   And yet, you don't need a Ph.D., or years of experience to see the logic and the merit in my designs.

My colleagues and I are on a mission.   For years since I developed, my decidedly unique view of our gravitational environment, I have seen many disturbing developments in the energy field.   I won't enumerate my personal fears, but, I believe that my designs can help to change the direction of energy science, for the good.

Our current plans, which may be altered by circumstance, are to build a R&D facility in the Northeastern US.  There, working with a variety of corporate partners, for materials, components, and engineering design, we will produce hard data and fully vetted designs.   At that point, which we estimate to occur in 6 months, we will license those completed designs to existing manufacturers.   

Concurrent to our on internal R&D, we are also granting open R&D licensing for approved institutions.   We are also hopeful, that many of our current inquiries from state, and federal agencies will lead to productive demonstration projects, and specialize licensing for long term municipal use.

We will try to answer a couple of the important questions that have arisen so far.   However, please realize that our attorneys have advised us to limit our public dialog, and the materials contained in this letter are subject to international laws governing trade secrets.

1.    Explain the scientific logic of PEC design.

The PEC, or pressure to electricity conversion system, is a conversion methodology which captures the force of gravity on an object, as the object moves, and converts that energy into electricity.  Here is the logic of the source and its conversion.

• The force of gravity on an object, has a significant impact on its supporting structure.  
• The movement of heavy objects, {vehicles, people, or animals} creates a predictable series of significant impacts on a supporting structure. 
• These predictable impacts on a supporting structure are inherent to the objects existence in a gravitational field.
• These predictable impacts on a supporting surface are described as pressure which is a form of energy, quantified in foot pounds.
• The foot pounds of energy, which are normally absorbed by the supporting structure, can be converted by the PEC design into significant changes in the internal psi, and then into electricity through the action of a generator.
